The headline number of the whole portfolio. Across every campaign this account has driven 187K clicks and 25,000 conversions on $930K of managed spend — at an average $37.13 per conversion. For urgent care, where a single patient visit is worth far more than that, this is a deeply profitable account built and scaled over time. The steady upward trend line shows controlled growth, not a one-off spike.

The single biggest campaign in the account: 106K clicks and 15.8K conversions for $682K. High click volume because urgent-care search demand is broad and constant. Manual control kept cost-per-conversion at $43.21 across a very large budget — efficiency held even at scale.

A single recent month: 604 clicks and 94 conversions from 34.7K impressions on Rs41.6K. The choppy day-to-day line is normal for local healthcare — demand clusters around clinic hours and weekdays.
The classic high-ticket pattern. Body sculpting is a niche, premium service with a small audience, higher CPCs and a long decision window — so clicks (1.41K) and conversions (35) are low by design. A $368 lead looks expensive until you price the service: contouring packages run $2,000–$5,000+, so a handful of conversions returns multiples of the ad spend. Low volume, high profit.

The clearest high-ticket case in the portfolio. Plenty of clicks (4.03K) but only 34 conversions — because only patients with genuine treatment intent convert. A $831 cost-per-lead reads as expensive, but incontinence treatment carries very high patient lifetime value (procedures plus follow-up care). At that value, $831 to acquire a qualified patient sits comfortably inside profit. The goal here is lead quality, not quantity.

A textbook clean scale-up. The trend line ramps steadily from February to August while cost-per-conversion holds around £40 — the signature of a healthy account. 1.37K conversions from 3.58K clicks is roughly a 38% conversion rate, meaning almost every paid click does real work. Best conversion volume in the portfolio.
A different game from healthcare — true e-commerce scale. 16.3M impressions and 304K clicks drove 1,540 furniture purchases on £144K (about £94 per sale). High clicks are right for retail: furniture is a broad, visual, shopping-led product, so wide reach and Shopping/PMax inventory do the heavy lifting. With furniture's high average order value, £94 per purchase returns a healthy ROAS. The smooth 16-month curve shows sustained, stable scaling rather than a burst.

Method
How to read these numbers.
The most common mistake is judging an account on clicks alone. Here's the logic applied to every paid campaign above.
High clicks ≠ best campaign. Profit per lead is what matters.
01 — High-click campaigns
Broad, urgent, mass-demand services (COVID testing, urgent care, hearing aids) have huge search volume and low CPCs — thousands of cheap clicks and conversions.
02 — Low-click campaigns
Niche, premium services (body sculpting, incontinence, med spa) have a smaller audience and higher CPCs. Fewer searches means fewer clicks — that's the market, not a fault.
03 — Low conversions, still profit
For a high-ticket product, conversion count is low and cost-per-conversion is high. But when one patient is worth thousands, paying $368 or $831 per qualified lead is still a strong, positive ROAS.
04 — The metric that decides it
Every account is optimised on cost-per-acquisition vs. customer value. As long as a lead costs less than it's worth, the account is profitable — at 35 conversions or 1,520.
